Unit was well maintained. Customer service from four star office was amazing. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Would utilize in the future for a return trip.

The master bed was not very comfortable. The pots and pans were not very good. The utensils for cooking were very cheap and did not work well. No pot holder. The elevators take forever with the number of people in the building.
