This 1 Bedroom 1 Bath unit has a comfortable breezy feeling. Comfortable King sized bed, fully appointed Kitchen, and a large wrap around lanai. This is the perfect place to wind down and enjoy your vacation. Head down to a fabulous restaurant, explore the shops, or head straight to the beach with the crystal clear blue water of the Pacific Ocean and soft white sands.

First, our host, Lin Tottle, was awesome. We had a communication glitch (not Lin's fault) and we didn't have the correct gate code or info on how to get into the condo. I texted Lin about our difficulties and she replied almost immediately. The condo was spacious and nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was spacious and has comfortable chairs and a nice table. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks and the shower was wonderful. My wife and I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this unit.

Lin was very welcoming and friendly, and brought us fresh produce from her farm. Beautiful and quiet condo in wonderful area of Waikoloa. Easy walk to beach and shops.

The host was welcoming. The location was great, facility was clean and good condition, but dated.

The unit was a dated and could use a good cleaning. The living room furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. It was close to the beach and for the price it was acceptable.
