The apartment is completely private and will be exclusively yours during your stay – no shared spaces.

The apartment is located in the Colosseum neighborhood, one of the oldest and most diverse districts in Rome, known for its vibrant markets, majestic churches, and rich cultural atmosphere. Just steps away lies the awe-inspiring Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum, as well as countless bars, restaurants, and bakeries that blend Roman tradition with international flavors.
Excellent transport connections (Termini Station and several metro/bus stops) make it easy to explore the entire city.
The building itself is quiet and historic, featuring a peaceful inner courtyard adorned with lush plants – a true oasis in the center of the city.

A bright, spacious area with a large window, 40” LCD Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, and more), a dining table for four, a double sofa bed, and an additional sofa. The room is air-conditioned and ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.
- Bedroom (26 m²):
A sunny and elegant room with a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm / 63 x 79 inches) with a hypoallergenic mattress, a large wardrobe, and air conditioning for maximum comfort.
- Kitchen:
Fully equipped with all essentials, including a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, Italian moka coffee maker, capsule coffee machine (with premium espresso capsules provided), and full kitchenware.
- Bathroom:
A comfortable, clean space featuring a bathtub and unlimited hot water.

Apartment was very clean and roomy. Walking distance to shops. Host communicated quickly. Easy check in. Air conditioning was great. There are steps to get to elevator which is typlical of foreign countries. Host very helpful in booking various things. Highly recommend.

Rosario was very responsive and helpful. Really nice place in local and safe neighborhood. Restaurants and eateries very close and really delicious. Close to the colosseum. Very happy we stayed there.
