Better than a hotel, better than a time share. Upgrade your vacation and stay in a large, well appointed upscale town home located in beautiful Sedona, Arizona.
We purchased this townhome in August of 2014. We also own the townhome right next door so we now have two units connected to each other! So, if you have a large group of family you can rent both units and have the perfect spot to hold a large family get together. The two units can accommodate up to 8 people. Gather out back for BBQ's or just sit around the table and chairs talking and enjoying the stars.
As far as the location of the townhome, we are located IN SEDONA, with gorgeous red rocks right outside the front door! You can practically see Bell Rock from the front porch, truly an amazing sight. However, if you read our reviews, you may notice that some of our past guests make mention that we are "near Sedona" or "just outside of Sedona". To be clear, the townhome is 100% located in Sedona. The city of Sedona is made up of four distinct areas: The Village of Oak Creek, Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Our townhome is located in the Village of Oak Creek portion of Sedona which we believe is the nicest area due to the natural beauty and peacefulness. I believe that the reason people think we are "just outside of Sedona" is because we are about six miles away from Uptown Sedona, which is basically the "downtown" area with lots of restaurants and shops. This area is a nice place to make a quick visit to do some shopping, but not the best area to spend your entire trip. When my wife and I go to Sedona it's to have a nice break from our daily grind and to see the natural beauty of the area, which is why we love the Village of Oak Creek. And we believe that once you visit Sedona, you too will agree that the Village of Oak creek is by far the nicest part of Sedona!
Our newly renovated town home is located across the street from the Oak Creek Country Club and we have red rock views from every room! Also conveniently located across the street from a quaint bakery (that serves Starbucks coffee), 1/2 mile from the award winning Italian Restaurant Cucina Rustica, as well as having local grocery stores, other restaurants, etc.
Sleeps 4 very comfortably.
Recently renovated and nearly everything inside is brand new. Condo consists of the following:

views! We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property. Every single room has its own balcony with a stunning view, and the spacious patio was a wonderful bonus. The property was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

It's really cool, spacious property, in a great location - walking distance to groceries, hikes and few restaurants. You do need to drive to "central" part of Sedona but we knew that and preferred to be away from the crowd. The property is clean, has pretty much everything you need for few days stay. Our personal con - but this is just us and someone might find it as pro - the beds were a bit too soft with pillow that are too high. But again, this is not something that is bad or downgrades the place, I am just sharing it in case there are other people who like me and my hubby prefer harder mattress and flatter pillows. Nevertheless, I would stay in this place again - will just bring my own pillow next time :-)

We have stayed in several units in this complex over the years. Overall they are good places and the location is wonderful. You can ride/ walk directly to so many trails from the front door. This unit that we stayed in this year is in need of some maintenance. So many of the electrical outlets are worn so bad a plug won’t stay in them. Light switches are broken and kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, bowls, cook wear, etc.) need to be refreshed and restocked. There are scuff makes on the walls along the stairs (something that could easily be fixed with a coat of paint). One of the bathrooms, the shower gets lukewarm at best. Also the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers were empty. The Wi-Fi is pretty bad, it kept going in and out on us the whole week we were there. It is shared with the unit next door so when you get multiple people using it, it slows way down and often times freezes. The router is also next door so we couldn’t even reset it. I gave three stars on the accuracy of the listing only because I believe the owner owns at least one other place and the photos in the listing are of another unit and not the one we stayed in. It was just a little surprise to see different furniture when we walked in. As I mentioned, overall it’s a great location and the units are clean, it just would be nice to see the owners put some money back into them.
