Beautiful home and very concerned owners who were supper easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Excellent location close to Chatham center. Would love to stay there again.

House listing was on point. Bedrooms and living area a good size. We had 5 adults staying there and we were not tripping over each other. Communication was awesome both before and during our stay. House is in a very quiet area. Cleaning crew could have done a better job clearing out the previous people’s things so we didn’t have to.

This was a great! Well maintained, tons of space! Great screened in porch! We had some issues with the wifi and Pam went over and above making sure the problem was fixed. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and never once were we crowded or on top of each other. Great place to stay!

This place is many miles from town, contrary to the pin location that shows an in town location.
Otherwise, closet space was very limited due to mostly junk stored in the closets.
No smoke detectors in bedrooms.
4 beach chairs and beach towns.
Very small bath towels. Not plush.
Lawn was not cut.
No outlet covers should you have small children.
