It is between La Grande Motte and Aigues-Mortes that this pretty villa with swimming pool awaits you. You can swim without moderation since the beach is just 450 m away. For added comfort, the villa has been fitted with an air conditioning system.
With an area of 170 m², this villa offers quality services for 8 people:
- 1 dining room and 8 seats, there is an extension for 10 seats.
- 1 comfortable living room
- 1 independent fully equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher
- 1 bathroom and separate WC on each floor
- 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed, 1 with 2 twin beds and the last and 1 additional single bed. 2 foldable baby cots, 1 small high chair
- 1 secure swimming pool with sunbathing
- 1 terrace and garden with a trampoline for children only, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue,
Note that you will have bikes at your disposal. Ideal to go admire the flamingos on the neighboring ponds or go to the center of Grau du Roi. Or go to the beach of Espiguette, by the lounge lake.

Lovely host the house was clean spacious and had all we needed , the only negative was the beach that was near ! Was much further than stated , lots of mosquitos but the beautiful flamingos made up for it

One of the best holiday venue/destination that we've ever taken. Stunning house. Beautiful swimming pool, lots of amenities including excellent eateries, beach that's dog-friendly and so many other activities. Just an awesome all-inclusive holiday. Highly, highly recommend.

We spent wonderful holidays in Isabelle's house. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, everything was clean, the house is as nice as the pictures indicate. Isabelle was very friendly and uncomplicated. I can really recommend this house to everyone!
