Beautiful apartment close to three metro stations and the Arc. We loved our stay at this home. Owner met us to show the apartment. Would recommend to anyone.

Place is cozy, comfortable as the layout is concerned, and well placed wrt the city amenities.
A few shortcomings makes it less appreciable then it could be.
The street in front is very noisy because of the traffic, in such a measure that it's mandatory to keep the windows closed.
Lack of air conditioning, together with previous point, is unforgivable with peak summer temperature in the 30ties.
The slippery shower floor is bound to create serious problems, particularly because you are tempted to overstay in the confortable shower cabinet.
In summary a good attempt to provide care and confort, severely frustrated by the mentioned pitfalls.
Giandomenico from Italy staying there with wife and grandson. Regards
