Stayed here in May 2026 and was very impressed with he property and the come from the host. The property itself is a bit out of the high tourist areas and is a 25 minute walk to the central area of the city but it’s a flat and easy walk for reasonably fit people. The rooms were as described and well appointed. It could have done with a bit more of a clean as there were dirty marks in the walls but this was purely cosmetic. The outside area was sizeable but wear bug cream or bands as there are a lot of mosquitos. Not that there’s much the hosts can do about that. Would stay there again if I return to Florence.
