A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
This is a 2bedroom, two bathroom, beautifully designed villa, a sparkling gem set in the heart of Pollenca, and looks out over the pan-tiled roofs of the old town and the wooded hillsides all around. A private walkway leads to the villa from one of the town's picturesque narrow streets. This is a truly amazing villa with modern design in a traditional setting. In one side of the villa there is a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, a table-tennis table and lots of outdoor furniture and a heated outdoor hot-tub Jacuzzi.

There are comfortable corner sofas here and the latest entertainment systems. Huge windows from the lounge look down over the pool and to the town of Pollenca and the hills beyond.
The house offers one big bedroom with a big doble bed and ensuite bathroom. amd the second bedroom two twins beds.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Can Simone villa. It provides all we need in a very convenient position to the centre of Pollensa.

This villa is ideal for those both wanting to be central and to have a great villa for relaxing in. It is cleverly designed to have excellent spaces for each time of the day. Having both a pool and a hot tub was also a bonus.
Our only comment to improve the villa would be to include a few basic commodities on arrival - a bottle of water, some olive oil, a dishwasher tablet etc.

A perfect oasis tucked away in a beautiful town with a huge selection of restaurants to choose from. Loved everything about it. Just to note that the pool is very deep everywhere - luckily my kids are very competent swimmers, so it was fine for us.
