The location was exceptional! Near everything - tourist destinations, restaurants, shopping, grocery, transportation center. Very clean and modern condo with all the necessities.
It a was a bit difficult getting entry to the condo with our limited Spanish language and US cell phone service, but because the people of Madrid were so friendly and helpful we were able to make contact and gain entry.

The location was great, centrally located close to a transport hub and within walking distance of major sites.
There was loud noise from construction work outside the apartment from 8am - 8pm all weekend which we were not informed about.

The property is in a good location very near to Puerta del Sol and right across from Inglés Cortez. The check process was not good. The door codes for initial access did not work. The interior lobby look’s fantastic. The apartment is not in great condition. There are ants in bathroom /bedroom and there is an awful sewer smell from the bathroom. A newer mattress and fitted bottom sheets are needed for a better stay
