This was our third trip and we never have a bad experience. This is one of the few places that provide basic supplies in case you forget anything and a whole kitchen full of cooking utensils and spices and a nice little coffee bar with a few snacks. We keep coming back because this is the place we go for peace and quiet and relaxation. We might leave to go try a local restaurant, but other than that we get groceries and just donât leave. With pretty good fishing off the dock, the pool and hot tub along with a good nap in one of the most comfortable beds weâve ever slept in we have no reason to leave. Sondra and Bob are both the kindest and most helpful hosts as well. They let us know that we could check in early this visit and in the past have always been a text away for any questions no matter how silly the question might be. They check in at least once to make sure we are settled and in the past have let us know if there were any changes with the lawn care guy or the pool guy that was different from their detailed welcome folder. All in all just a wonderful place to go. We hope to keep coming back for a long time coming.

What a wonderful house & host! Sondra was in constant contact with recommendations & tips. When we walked in the house there was even a bouquet of flowers & balloon wishing me a Happy Motherâs Day! House was one of the cleanest we have even stayed in! If we ever make it back to Cape Coral, we will stay here again!
