Great seasonal rental in highly desirable location. Close to restaurants, shopping, theaters, beach, night life and family-friendly activities. High ceilings let in loads of natural light in this large 3 bedroom + loft condo in Naples. Community has a large pool and exercise room.

-2 kings, 2 twins and 1 sofa bed (den)
-Foyer, kitchen, breakfast room, family room, covered patio, large closets...
-3 flat screen Tv's (55" & 50")
-Tile on the first floor and carpet on second
-Glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer,...
-Car garage (1 spot) and driveway (2 car)

*Rent includes taxes, water, cable/internet and use of all the complex amenities.
*Please allow at least 20 days for the board approval!
* Signage vehicle need to be park in the garage

-Clear photo copy of ID, ex: DL for each person 18 years of age or older residing in the unit.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The property was exactly as advertised. The owner was always available when needed, and he resolved a few minor appliance issues promptly. I recommend this rental.

The condo is spacious, clean and up to date. There is a first floor master suite and 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The kitchen is well appointed and there is convenient half bath and laundry on the first floor. There is a lanai overlooking the pond on each floor and there is a very nice pool a short walk from the condo. It is also a nice location - close to shops and a 10 minute drive to the beach.

We were extremely pleased with condo. Very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Max was super helpful when ever we had questions! Mariposa is well maintained, quiet, with a location that is easy to get to everything. We would highly recommend staying here. We loved it!!
