Hello! We are world travelers and we strive to cater to discerning guests who expect the best.
Our 1500 sq. ft home exudes quality and comfort including a giant 70" 4K Smart TV, huge dining table that can seat 8 with four more at the breakfast bar, luxury mattresses in every room, tasteful leather and finely upholstered furnishings, and all that you will need to relax and enjoy a memorable time with family and friends.
Four bedrooms (3 with walk-in closets) provide plenty of privacy while the open living room and dining area allows for a large gathering. There is a covered front porch with breathtaking views in addition to the back patio with BBQ and private fenced yard. Our neighborhood is a little gem: it is safe, small, and immaculate. The pool and hot tub are just a 1-2 minute walk away and only serve our neighborhood. It is serviced daily and is family-friendly. We provide clean pool towels for you so you don't have to pack them. There is plenty of parking with a 2-car garage, double driveway, plus parking on the street in front of the house and in a spillover lot suitable for trailers at the end of the short block. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, except the food! Laundry equipment and supplies are in the garage.

A nice place to stay for exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks! The kitchen was on the smaller size (but generally had everything we needed), but the living area and outdoor space provided plenty of space for our party of 8 adults to relax in the evenings. The short drive into the centre of Moab for the supermarket, shops and restaurants was very convenient.

This lovely home was a perfect fit for our family! Jini is a super responsive host. Responded immediately and helped us out right away!! The community pool and hot tub is a plus.The views from front and back are spectacular!!Thanks again for helping us have a great stay in Moab!!!

Jinni's house was perfect for our group of 5 adult friends staying in Moab before and after our kayaking trip down the Green River. Having use of the washing machine and dryer was so useful. Jinni promptly answered our many questions, was able to provide us early check-in, and offered suggestions on where to eat and park during our stay. Highly recommend!

First impression the house had a bad smell. There was dust coving the baseboards, several bugs, the refrigerator made a clicking noise, no fans in the bedrooms, several mattresses needed replacing.
On a positive note, the snacks left on the table was a nice surprise. Master bed was comfy, and the extra bed in the bunk bed room was comfy. Backyard was cute. Living room was cozy and comfy. Having access to a washer and dryer was nice as well.
The owner was quick to answer my text and allowed us an early check in, which was very nice!
I give this home a 3 star rating, but a good cleaning, bug spray, and air freshener would have made it a 4 star review. Replacing the bunk beds and queen bed is a necessity!
