I am not affiliated with camelback resorts. Waterpark tickets or Ski Lift tickets are NOT included with the rental. This is a privately owned townhouse located on camelback mountain in The Village at Camelback association
This cozy cabin style townhouse is located in The village at Camelback located right on Camelback Ski Mountain steps away from all the attractions and ski slopes.This house has everything you need to make your trip feel like a home away from home.The house has 4 air conditioning/heating units keeping this house comfortable year round.
The living room has a 65" 4K Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps.A sony blu-tooth sound bar is also provided for music. Get nice and cozy by sitting next to the wood burning fireplace during the cold winter months.
A Queen size Air Mattress is provided for the 9-10 guest. The air mattress blows up to a queen size bed and is nice and plush, the air pump is built in so all you need to do is plug in and flip a switch.
The kitchen is equipped with dishware, cups, utensils, cookware, blender, toaster oven, toaster and a 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig
The loft bedroom has a king size bed and a 40" smart tv
Bedroom #1 - has a queen size bedroom set and a 32" smart tv
Bedroom #2 - has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds as well as a full bathroom with a stand up shower. A 55" smart tv
I supply 2 rolls of toilet paper, a few garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap and hand soap.
I DO NOT supply Shampoo, Bath or Body Soap, Wash Cloths, Paper Towel and Laundry Detergent
Towels, Linens and Pillows are provided.Please bring pool towels.
Washer and dryer are provided but you will need to provide your own laundry detergent.
The back deck has a propane BBQ grill, table and chairs.There are 2 propane tanks provided bur tanks might need filling so please check before you start grilling. Enjoy watching deer and turkeys roam the woods from the back deck.
The Parking lot for this unit is located on Camelback Rd right next to the association office and clubhouse ( CLUSTER 1A ) No driving is required to Camelbeach Waterpark, Ski Slopes or the Clubhouse.This house is in the perfect location for everyone to enjoy.

The Village at Camelback Clubhouse is a 2 minute walk from my house.The Clubhouse has 2 indoor tennis courts, ping pong,fooseball,fitness room and a basketball hoop.There is also 2 outdoors tennis courts located next to the clubhouse.The sauna and jacuzzi is located in the glass enclosed pool house and are operational during the pool schedule.

Beautiful home base for a fun ski trip. The host was wonderful and responsive. The home was well equipped and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great place to stay at Camelback.

We enjoyed our stay during the big snow storm this past weekend. The owner is very friendly and communicative. The house was cozy and clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The only con is that this is further from the slops than I would consider a "ski in/out." This cluster is behind and downhill from the townhomes that are on the road that is level with the place you jump on the slop. Since there was so much snow no one from the association was shoveling so we had to climb 30 plus un-shoveled stairs with all out gear every time we went in and out - it was difficult.

Joe’s communication was excellent. He went above and beyond the norm to answer all questions and give useful information. His property was accurate to the photos (rare find) and as expected. It’s about as nice as you can expect for a rental property. Would 10/10 return again. Also the ski experience was great despite some mixed reviews about camelback over the recent years.
