This apartment is located in front of the sea. Next to the doorway of the building there are the stairs Which give you access to the beach. From the terrace of the apartment you have one of the best views of the south of Tenerife.
The beach next to the apartment is called "beach view" and is one of the few beaches in Tenerife That has light sand.
The apartment is located in the historical center of CHRISTIANS and 12 Kms away from the Tenerife South Airport. CHRISTIANS and Its surroundings are the Most Important tourist center of the Island of Tenerife. In the area you will find the best shopping centers of the island as well as a great number of services; Restaurants, cafes, banks etc.
A few meters away from the apartment there is a promenade That Connects With Los Cristianos Las Americas
The apartment has-been renovated in Its entirety; Is it modern and functional.
All the rooms of the apartment as well as outside the living room windows you can see the Where you is from them.
It has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom A has a bed of 1:40 cm. Bedroom B has 3 beds of 90cm (two of them are bunk beds). It Also has a spacious living-dining room with a 40 "HD TV and an outside dining terrace with The most spectacular views you can imagine. The apartment is part of a family-friendly neighborhood and Its entrance is closed 24 hours of the day.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay (Bath Towels, Bed Linen, Kitchen Utensils, High Definition Television International channels, WIFI, washing machine etc.
Upon request, a baby's crib & chair will be provided at no additional cost.

Great location. Could have done with air-con and an oven. Very noisy at weekends with club opposite and emptingof buckets during the night.

This is a modern convenient apartment with all necessary amentities. The neighborhood is great, lots of restaurants and a nice beach a couple of minutes away. The very likeable town of los Cristianos is to your left a minute away. Last but not least the balcony has a fantastic view and sunshine from morning to sunset.

The location was perfect, and I particularly enjoyed the great view from the balcony. However, I did want to provide some feedback regarding a few critical areas.First, the lack of air conditioning was a significant issue, especially during the night time. Since I had to leave the windows open due to the heat, the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the apartment overall feels quite dated and could benefit significantly from an update.
