Enjoy a peaceful stay in this comfortable family home that is perfectly equipped.
3-star classified house, located in Saint-Philibert, 100 m from the Crac'h river and the coastal path. The latter leads you, 500 m away, to a small cove for swimming.
Kernevest beach, 2 km away, is accessible via a sublime coastal road. The port of La Trinité Sur Mer and its shops are also 2 km away. Just 400 m away, oyster tasting directly from the producer will allow you to savour fresh seafood products.
From the house terrace, you will enjoy a view of the Crac'h river and the banks of Trinité-sur-Mer.

Good location in a good neighborhood.
Beautiful property. However, space is shared with neighbors and could become a little crowded if other houses are occupied.
Mattresses need to be changed: very uncomfortable. Also, 140 cm beds is small for big bodies.
A dryer would be nice.
WiFi super slow: So weak that we could not stream a movie and barely download videos.
Overall the house is a little old but has good potential. Kitchen super small. Bottom bathroom super small.
No curtain or glass to prevent water splashes when showering.
