We (family with two Kids, 13 and 16) Had a wonderful stay. Francesco and His father Paolo are always approachable when needed.Moskito protection on all windows. No airconditioning. Was not needed for us.Pool was phantastic. The house is as described. Everything that is needed is available.Beds are good. Bathrooms as well. Can recommend the house and the owners.

A simple property but clean and comfortable. Good showers, comfortable beds. Cool pool! Also easy access to Pisa on the train and beautiful Tuscan countryside by car. Drive further south to Follonica for a good beach. Add good company, food and (local) wine and you have everything you could possibly need.
