A charming two-bedroom apartment with a double mezzanine, located in the lively and picturesque historic neighborhood of S. Niccolo in the heart of Florence, near the Ponte Vecchio and just a stone’s throw from Florence’s main tourist attractions, such as Piazza S. Croce, Piazza Signoria, and the Duomo, with views of Piazzale Michelangelo and S. Miniato.
It has 4 beds—one double and two singles on the mezzanine—with the option to add an extra single bed,
pleasantly furnished,
very bright and quiet, double-glazed windows, air conditioning for the summer.
It consists of a living room/bedroom with hardwood floors, a wooden mezzanine, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, exposed beams, and has just been fully renovated.
n. b. Daily and weekly rates are based on a stay for 2 people.
For additional guests, a surcharge per person per night applies.
The final cleaning fee is €30.
The price includes bed linens, bath towels, Wi-Fi Internet access, and utilities
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, even at the window (!!!!!!!)

This was a perfect spot to stay in for our trip to Florence. The apartment is right across the river from the historical center of Florence and walking distance to all the attractions.
Also, lots of restaurants options just steps from the building, and a grocery store that is no more than a 10 minute walk down the road.
Annalisa was very responsive, and quick to reply over text with any questions we had.
The apartment was very clean and had so much charm, we really loved it.
Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Florence again.

The listing should specify that there are 8 flights of stairs up to the unit. No comfortable seating except bed. Very noisy late at night.
