Perfect place for a couple! The king bed and bedding are high quality and very comfortable. The pillows are amazing! I even had to use the Murphy bed one night because my husband snores. Also had high quality bedding. The smart TVs were awesome so we could watch FIFA games in the later afternoon. I do laundry at the end of every day at the beach so it was nice having the washer and dryer. There is an elevator but we didn’t use it. Easy one flight up to the unit. The view from the screened in lanai? Remarkable! Front row seat to Captiva sunsets. Having the golf cart made it so easy to get around the island. The best part is that Marcus is so welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this unit.

We loved this condo and property! It comes with a golf cart. It is in a gated area. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. It has a washing/dryer, coffee pot, and espresso machine, fridge, stove, and many other amenities. 2 pools on site. Short walk to the beach. Beach is almost private. Tennis courts. Marcus is a wonderful host with great communication. It’s just an amazing place to stay, especially for the price! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

We just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful , and as described beach front location! Our host, Marcus , was prompt in answering all texts , questions or concerns. And his thoughtfulness as we celebrated our 40 th wedding anniversary on this trip, went above and beyond! We would definitely book again.
