This house is really perfect. Extremely close to the beach. Close to the Roy Barth tennis center. The layout of the house is great, kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very comfy indoor and outdoor furniture. We were a group of 7 and it was perfect!

Great location. Lighting in the house was either too dark or too bright. Could use dimmer switches in the dining room and kitchen. Also, while we expected to deal with bugs, having to kill cockroaches in the house almost every day was a bit much. One night, when my son turned on the lights in his room, 2 cockroaches scattered under his shorts on the floor. We had to lift his shorts and kill the roaches as they scattered away. He couldn't sleep in his room that night.
