This is the second time we've stayed at Victor's property. We absolutely love being there and Victor is a perfect host. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

We had a wonderful stay. What a perfect location. We were close to everything while enjoying great privacy. The house is so special, we always felt like we were living in a part of Palm Desert history.

Such a fun home. Very unique and funky. Kitchen amenities were amazing.... LOVED the yellow stove! The yard was very quiet and private. Victor was amazing. We had a few little quirks and he responded immediately. A hidden gem. Had a wonderful time.

We stayed at Victor's property for the month of February, 2023 and we wish we were still there!! The house is spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The yard, with the view of the mountains and golf course, was spectacular. There is abundant and comfortable out-door furniture and we spent a lot of time just relaxing in the yard. The mature fruit trees are amazing ... meyer lemons, oranges, and pink and white grapefruit. We picked oranges ever day for morning juice! The house is set behind gates and is private from the rest of Monterey CC, but we walked the development most days and felt right at home -- everyone says hello and waves. There was a heated community pool a very short walk from the house which could be used in addition to the private pool in the back yard. Also, the house is a few minutes from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, as well as the shops at El Paseo and many other stores and restaurants. This house is a real find -- do not hesitate to rent it!
