Myself and family have just returned from this stunning property, the views are simply breath-taking, air con throughout, fully equipped functional home from home, at the top of a very steep hill so something to be aware of but a direct 3 minute walk straight down to the beach! We stopped and did a bit of shopping before we arrived only to discover a fully stocked fridge! Water, beer, juices, cheese, ham, butter, bread, fruit and more! Also wine on the table, a really lovely touch, the pool was perfect for my 2 year old grandson as it has a shelf and steps down , he started the week terrified and ended up being a battle to get him out! Pool man came twice while we were there to maintain, a shop at the bottom of the hill and some nice restaurants, we ate a couple of times in Azzuro, which is directly overlooking the sea (connected to Lindian Jewel hotel) and really enjoyed it, they also play live sports which was perfect for my sons watching The World Cup! We ate breakfast one morning in Gaea which was also really good and also checked out Banana beach bar a little further up on the beach, all really good! Sunbeds are 25 for 2 with a parasol or 50 for the cabanas with bean bags. We also made use of the bbq ,mozzies weren't too bad but we kept protected and the wildlife is interesting to say the least Car advisable, access smooth, communication spot on!🫶That view though.....

this was a very nice place with beautiful views great location, soft beds, well stocked refrigerator, short walk to several restaurants. It has a nice pool and everything you need for a nice stay.

This villa is such an idyllic, beautiful setting with an incredible view across the bay. The property is well cared for and maintained and has been upgraded considerably from the photos on Vrbo, including new outdoor furniture and comfortable wooden sunloungers, an outdoor shower and a huge smart tv in the lounge area. The pergola has been replaced by a tiled roof so you can sit outside on the corner sofa or gorgeous marble table area whatever the weather. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor grill, microwave and all amenities you could need and lots of nice little touches to make your stay extra special. There is even a room filled with dvds, books and jigsaws you are welcome to borrow. We stayed for a week at the end of October and had a relaxing time in gorgeous sunshine. It is a real slice of paradise set in the hill above Vlycha Bay. The generous welcome food pack on arrival was very much appreciated as we arrived late on Saturday and the big supermarkets don’t open on Sundays. Communication with the owner Shane was excellent. He couldn’t do enough for us and Terri who maintains the property and pool was really helpful and both made sure we had a wonderful week at the villa. We hope to return again soon and would recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a pretty, well maintained property.

You need definitely a car. If I would have known what a steep rise there is to reach the villa I wouldn’t have taken it. Some item in the villa are damaged. Pool Manager was really nice and very attentive. Vlycha has nothing to offer. We had to drive every day. Best regards
