When you arrive you will pay in cash 50€ in cash of expenses ( water, bedlinen, final cleaning). + ecotax ( 2€ pax/day from 16 yars old).
It is quite. It has 40 m2. It has a lot of light.
It is perfect for a holidays in the best and longer beach in Mallorca: bay of Alcudia. It is in the north of Island.
In this area you can find all in the village: supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, shops....
You can practice all kind of sports of watter and golf.
They can be your best holidays.
There are kilometros of natural beach and on other hand there are the beach with all services.
There are the 'albufera',a natural park, they are big varieties of birds.
The walk on the beach at nigth will do than your journey is the best

We are a couple who spent a week in Mallorca in April. We did not know anything about Ca'n Picafort before arrival but it is a pleasant town with a nice beach and some good restaurants and bars, although some were not open for the season yet.
This self-catering apartment on the first floor was great for our needs. It has great facilities for a one week stay, you can cook food on the hob and/or microwave, and even do laundry and dry it on the roof of the block.The host, Lina, was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. There was plenty of car parking in the nearby roads available each day after trips out to other parts of the island.
It is near the centre of town for the bars and restaurants, but also the out of town Eroski supermarket for supplies. When it was too windy to sit on the nearby beach (due to it being April) you can open the balcony doors and get the sun inside while staying out of the wind. We very much enjoyed our stay in Mallorca and would recommend this apartment.

We spend 10 days on Mallorca for riding bicycle. Lina was a really kind host. The apartment is close to the sea and close to Eroski (supermarket). The basement to lock the bicycles was super! The apartment itself is clean and well equipped. The sunny balcony to the south is really nice. All in all, tiptop.

Nice and clean apartment really close to the beautiful beach. The owner is really friendly and helpful. You can find everything you need in short distance. There are lots of supermarkets, bars, restaurants nearby. All in all we had a really nice stay there and can just recommend the apartment.
