The apartment I had booked was unavailable due to maintenance so I was offered a move to a larger one in the same building. It had wonderful sea views & came with an allocated parking space, which was very useful as the road was always full of parked cars. When I arrived there was no hot water or heating as the boiler had broken down. After reporting this to the host it was quickly repaired the next day by a plumber! The apartment is well equipped, comfortable & came with Wi-Fi & a smart TV. Very good all round.

Very well equipped comfortable unit close to town.

The appearance of the apartment is misleading as the finished quality is below par. Small details are not great, loose towel rail, boiler door loose, missing electric bulbs, slightly damp bedroom, loose saucepan handles, very small ironing board. Plus points are location very near Ventor beach and lovely cooker. Also communication with owner slow as took 3 days to resolve some of the issues stated above.
