The unit underwent a complete remodel in November 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. It has central air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed convertible to two twin beds. There is a queen bed in bedroom 2. For outdoor activities, Wailea Elua #102 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. There are miles of spectacular walking paths that follow the ocean In addition the property has two swimming pools with hot tubs. It has an ocean front barbecue/ picnic area as well as an ocean view gym. There is also a paddle tennis court for your enjoyment.
