The location, property (good quality, clean and matched the description), communication with the owner/ property management was great.
The sheets were uncomfortable; scratchy and abrasive.
I've stayed in rented properties, hotels... I haven't had this experience.
I couldn't get comfortable, sleep was not great. This had a direct and negative impact on my vacation.
I checked with the owner/ property management, they responded quickly, this I appreciated. Unfortunately they weren't able to offer a solution.
Other than this issue, my stay would have been wonderful.
