We recently stayed at this rental for a ladies' get away and had a wonderful time soaking in the coastal atmosphere. The 2 bedroom layout worked perfectly for us, and the master suite was spacious and comfortable. The highlight of this rental was the stunning beach view. We spent every morning watching the sunrise. The proximity to the water and local restaurants was unbeatable.Regarding logistics, the host communication was prompt and helpful. While we primarily coordinated via email, an onsite host book would have better provided hands on reference for local tips and information. While the rental provided beach chairs and towels, we found them in need of replacement . If you have a car, be sure to stop in Port Isabel for groceries before crossing the bridge. The IGA was overpriced and lacking fresh food All in all a very relaxing enjoyable vacation!
