The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in Courseulles-sur-Mer, with harbour views, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a 30 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, dining area and a loggia overlooking the harbour/sea
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a loggia
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

- Marina opposite the flat
- Fish market 300 m away
- Town centre with all amenities 800 m away
- Juno Beach Museum 500 m away
- Caen, 20 km away (26 minutes by car)

A visit to the Juno Beach Museum, situated between the sea and the flat and within walking distance.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private garage located in the neighbouring residential block (suitable for a small vehicle). There are also free car parks in the vicinity of the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Caen, 30 minutes’ drive away, with an express bus service during school holidays
- Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet Airport, 20.5 km away (a 30-minute drive)
- By car, 30 minutes from the city of Caen
- By bus: a service runs from Caen; the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away
Other notes:
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet weighing up to 5kg is permitted per stay.
- The sofa has recently been replaced
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.

Chez Doudou The apartment was good in a great location opposite the Juno beach museum, and was as described the only problem was the car parking around 400 meters away from the entrance and underground with a very narrow space which isn’t compatible with modern cars due to the age of the building we received comprehensive details on how to check in which can be complicated when checking in late at night but fourtantly I was travelling with my sound engineer who found the instructions easy to manage but for an older person May be tricky. The only thing I would improve is if a closer parking space could be made available closer to the apartment behind the gate which would make loading and unloading easier due to the fact that I’m in show business and had a lot of costumes. Overall a great experience and I was able to have a great time location is perfectly located on the main road to ver-sur-Mer and Arromanches which was ideal for us we were preforming for d-day.
