Luxury holiday apartment in the El Soto de Marbella golf resort includes 4 adult and 4 child swimming pools (closest to the apartment just 50 metres away) tennis, table tennis and paddle tennis courts as well as 2 boules areas, all surrounding the beautiful 9-hole (par 3) golf course. There is a golf school onsite plus a fitness centre and sauna. Marbella's origins are as a small white-washed fishing village, but has now grown to be one of the most cosmopolitan places in southern Europe. Its historical centre has a Moorish and Andalusian flavour, with narrow streets that are decorated with flowers and invaded by scent of orange blossom making Marbella definitely worth a visit.
El Soto de Marbella is centrally located on the Costa del Sol, close to sea, mountains and all the entertainment you would need. In the neighbourhood you'll find the sandy beaches of La Cala de Mijas and Elviria and the beautiful ports of Puerto Banus or Cabopino offering water sports and outdoor activities. Nikki beach is less than 10 minutes away by car. There is an onsite clubhouse open 7 days a week. Close by is Kudu bar and Montebellu Sardinian restaurant both with fabulous views over the Costa. The famous German tennis school is also close by where you can have a coffee or lunch overlooking the courts and again with a super view down to the coast.
The apartment is fully equipped with separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, air con, wifi, private garden and large covered terrace.
The apartment has been fully refurbished in 2022.
Lounge with large L leather sofa, double sofa bed, TV and breakfast bar to kitchen plus dining area for 6 people.

Terrace with L shape sofa, dining area, TV and outside bar with steps down to small private garden where there are 2 sun loungers.
Kitchen fully stocked with all utensils, microwave, oven, hob, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher.
Utility room with washing machine.
Bedroom 1 - built in wardrobes, safe, king size bed, ensuite with bath, shower over bath, walk-in shower and bidet. TV.
Bedroom 2 - with 2 single beds, built in wardrobes. TV.

Clubhouse is a few minutes walk across the golf course via a path. The clubhouse has a bar and restaurant and is open most days.
A car is recommended though to see the local sights. Uber is also readily available to collect you from the apartment. The nearest large supermarkets are in Elviria which is a 7 minute drive. There is a small supermarket in La Mairena a few minutes away. It is 10 - 15 Euro to Nikki Beach. If you want a taxi it is easiest to us UBER or Marbella Taxis.
Check in - is between 4pm and 10pm. If you arrive after 10pm but before midnight there is a late arrival fee payable locally of 40 euro. If you arrive after midnight the fee is 50 euro.
If you require a mid stay change of bedding and towels and apartment clean this is available and payable locally at a cost of 60 euro.
Welcome food pack can be pre ordered at a cost of 40 euro - this is paid for when you check in direct to the agent on site. There is also a luxury welcome pack available including wine and beer for 70 euro.
If you require cot hire please let me know. This is paid for direct to the agent and is 30 euro per week

First of all I want to say thanks to Rob for the privilege of allowing us to rent this great place. Booking and communication was quick and easy. Vicky who arranged check in and out was really helpful.
The property itself is clean, well maintained and exactly as described. The grounds were beautiful, with lovely views and also very well kept. It was very quiet and peaceful.
On arrival at the resort we went to the restaurant and sampled the lunchtime menu. The food was good and reasonably priced. We went back another evening and had another good meal plus a few very nice cocktails. On both occasions the staff were very welcoming and attentive. There is also a side room with a pool table.
I used the gym a couple of times and was very impressed with it. Despite being small there is a great selection of equipment for anyone to have a good workout. There are changing rooms with showers and lockers available plus a spa and sauna room, though its hot enough outside!
On the final day I got on the golf course using the clubs that Rob had in the apartment. Course is a very short 9 hole par 3 good for practising your short game.
Used the pool closest to the apartment which was fine. Didn't see the others which is a negative point as could really do with a map of the whole resort.
Notes for improvement: extra keys, disappointing about bedroom patio doors being locked, map of resort, more information/local recommendations.
Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet or those happy to drive

Very nice area with a variety of activities like pool, tennis, paddle, golf and fitness all for free.
Kitchenware and sleeping facilities in the living room could have been better, but apart from this the apartment was fine.

Thank you Rob! Our holiday was excellent in part to you and your apartment it had everything you needed and more! It was great having the outside sofa and tv to watch the football we really loved it! Can't praise it enough!
