We offer you our apartment located on the 1st floor without elevator completely renovated and decorated with care consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine accommodating 2 single beds and a kitchen / dining room / living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 additional people.
The tranquility of the residence and the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep during your night and you can take advantage of our small balcony to have breakfast before setting off to discover our beautiful island and its surroundings.
Whether you are alone, as a couple, with family or friends, to enjoy "La Lumineuse" or even for work, you will find all the comfort and equipment you need for a pleasant stay. A Wi-Fi connection is available as well as free parking within the residence.
Not to mention the quick access on foot to a small, quiet and charming beach located on the bay of La Perroche, you will also find yourself close to cycle paths, markets, shops, supermarket and restaurants.
