Very convenient location close to the water and water taxi stations. Its located in a quiet part of the city which provides much needed reprieve. The apartment is well equipped with a washer dryer and air conditioning which was very much needed in the heat and humidity. The couple hosting us were absolute sweethearts and responded promptly. Would definitely be coming back for a second visit.

Gracious hosts were helpful and met us at the water taxi. Very large space with air conditioning. There was a good view of the canal. We appreciated it was in a neighbourhood a bit away from the tourist chaos at San Marco.

Perfect location to visit the Biennale. Clean and quiet with great views over Canal St Pietro. Pictures are accurate, so you will notice there are no comfortable chairs in the living room, but extra beds.

The entire stay was absolutely terrific. No major issues short of the bathroom shower, which for seniors is slightly troublesome.
The hot water is an “on-demand” system with hot water availability limited.
Other than that it was homey and comfortable.
Thank you to both Sonia & Giampiero for their courtesy and aid.
