A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
There are homes with a sea view. And then there's Sea Breeze: a genuinely beachfront apartment — not to the side, not "in the area" — the Mediterranean is literally your garden.
You wake up to the sound of waves beneath the house, open the French windows and the salty breeze fills the room. The morning light on the crystal-clear water, the sunset setting the sky ablaze from the terrace: every day here is a different spectacle, and that's why guests who are truly looking for luxury — the real kind, made of experience rather than frills — choose Sea Breeze.
The terrace: the true heart of the home
Not a balcony you just pass through, but a fully livable space, with a sun awning and carefully chosen outdoor furniture to enjoy even during the hottest hours. Breakfast with a sea view to start the day, sunset drinks that become the memory you'll take home. This is a place to live, not just to stay.
The spaces
About 90 sqm designed for those who don't want to compromise:
• Spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the sea-facing terrace
• Double bedroom with private bathroom and exclusive terrace
• Double bedroom with sea-view terrace
• Second bathroom
• Large private parking space — a rare privilege in the heart of Alghero. Available by reservation and subject to availability.
Comfort and amenities
• Air conditioning in every room
• Unlimited high-speed WiFi
• Sound system and Alexa, to set the right mood at any time of day
• Cleaning service available on request during your stay
The location: here, a car becomes unnecessary
Cross the street and you're on a small free beach, for a swim before breakfast or a dip at sunset. Just steps away, the famous Riservato Beach Bar for a day in the sun or a drink with your feet almost in the water, a café for breakfast, and all the services you need: restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsstand. Alghero's historic center is reached with a walk along the seafront that's already part of the experience.
Capacity
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people in two bedrooms. A child can be hosted as an extra guest, with a sofa-bed or crib arrangement on request.
Because true luxury, in Alghero, isn't just a beautiful home.
It's being able to experience the sea every moment of the day.

The apartment was beautiful. The person managing it did a wonderful job and answering all of our questions before we came upon arrival and while we were here. I can’t imagine finding an apartment that would have met our needs better. We really appreciated it and would look forward it again if we come back.

Lovely spacious appartment. Local beach bus stops just around the corner which brings you to all beaches right up to Neptune Grotto. Lovely rock pools for swimming at end of the road and fabulous seafront walk into the old town, 20 mins walk, with beautiful sunsets.

Very nice and outstanding Apartment, with a very fantastic view. Walking distance to the old town of Alghero is about 20 minutes. Supermarket and other Shops are near by the flat. No privat parking, but in the street parking spaces are available. The Appartement is very spacious and bright. The only things we missed, was sun protection on the terrasse.
