**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
This newly remodeled top floor three bedroom three bathroom is conveniently located within minutes of two world class ski resorts of Park City and Deer Valley. The unit has wood floors, new appliances, granite countertops and new bathrooms. There's two master bedrooms with King beds and en-suite bathrooms. We also have a bunk room with a Queen and three twin beds. The living room also features a queen pullout couch/sleeper bed. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Other amenities include 4 flat screen TVs w/cable, washer & dryer, full kitchen, pool table, glove/boot dryer, ski rack, WiFi and gas fireplace. Communal pool, hot tub, and Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa are all located on-site. Everything you need for an excellent Park City vacation!
**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
There's two master bedrooms with King beds and en-suite bathrooms. We also have a bunk room with a Queen and three twin beds. The living room also features a queen pullout couch/sleeper bed.

Our studio condo is outfitted with well kept furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay.
Other amenities include 4 flat screen TVs w/cable, washer & dryer, full kitchen, pool table, glove/boot dryer, ski rack, WiFi and gas fireplace.
Additionally, theres a communal pool and hot tub. Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa is also located on site.
**LOCATION**
The Prospector Lodge and Conference Center is home to the one of the Sundance Film Festival showings. This condo is in one the best locations in town. Just around the corner from main street, shopping, movie theaters, skiing and more! Only 35 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport! Guests can ride the free bus to Main Street, ski resorts, shopping and dining, or jump on the Rail Trail for some hiking and biking adventures.
**GETTING AROUND**
The Park City free bus service stops outside the property making travel to Main Street, and ski lifts easy. You may want to bring a car to this location but not totally necessary. There are multiple parking lots attached to the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this Park City Host condo! The condo was clean and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do while still being quiet and relaxing. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Park City. Highly recommend!

We arrived late, and the check in was a bit confusing, because the unit we stayed in was few buildings away from the office, where we had to check in to pick up the keys, but the office street address was not provided. Our party of 6 stayed comfortably in this property. Comfortable beds, however, it was quite hot in one of the rooms. Box fans are available, which helped tremendously. Note that there are two sets of stairs (one inside the building, one inside the unit) to get to the unit, which was hard to bring all luggages in and out. Bare minimal is provided in the bathroom and kitchen. Hotel rooms provide more than this unit's kitchen. Bring everything you need including coffee, salt and pepper shakers, ziplocks etc.. Packing a picnic to enjoy the near by parks and beaches, were quite inconvenient.
