Amazing property! Such a cool, fun house with the way it’s decorated in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy walk to Fountain Square for great restaurants and shops. Walkable to downtown, but only an easy, 5 minute drive. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful with communication and recommendations. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family of four’s trip to the Final Four! If we’re ever back in Indy there is no doubt we will stay here again!

Our family enjoyed this vibrant house and it's walking distance to the downtown Indy (using the cultural pathway that is marked quite well). We enjoyed the surrounding area of restaurants and shops. I would recommend Hoyt house to anyone who enjoys unique stays and cultural atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay - home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Highly recommmend!!

In general, the house was clean, and it was a nice place. That said, there is were some minor things that needed addressed.
