There is one active doorbell camera at the front door pointing towards the front porch and street.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Traveling with three big dogs is not easy. Staying at The Duke made it such a stress-free process. There was plenty of room for the dogs to play outside, and there was room in the utility room to put all three cages for the dogs. The house was clean and inviting. The neighbors were nice and quiet and the location was perfect to enjoy city life. I would definitely rent this location again.

We rented house for extended weekend for Gamecocks football game. It was close enough to stadium/campus (within short drive). Accomodations and communication was excellent. Great time, great house.

I was here for my daughter army graduation.and is only 24 minutes away..very clean..and very spacious had a great time here tha ks!!!!

Property was clean but arm on chair in dining room was broken. The curtain in dining room were shear so neighbors could see right through. Very un easy since house next door looked to be very run down. I would recommend changing to private curtains like in living room or rooms. Also so blinds or curtains in kitchen. Bathroom was clean but hand soap was pretty much empty when we arrived. Also privacy screen on bathroom window was coming off and needs to be replaced. And WiFi information on fridge was incorrect. Had to contact owner to ask for help but then figured it out on our own by looking under router.
