Our family-friendly, modern furnished holiday home is located in the holiday park Vorauf bei Siegsdorf. On 88 m2 you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with a beautiful mountain panorama. The house was taken over by us in 2016 and lovingly renovated and furnished to our taste.
Our house offers two bedrooms upstairs with two single beds and another bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. The modern bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.
In 2018 we renovated the kitchen. There is a large fridge, a dishwasher, an oven and an induction hob with four hobs.
The living and dining area is flooded with light and spacious. A large rustic dining table seats six people. The cozy sofa invites you to linger. On the spacious balcony overlooking the mountains, you can round off the day in a cozy atmosphere.
For families with small children we offer a high chair, a cot, a Kraxe, a baby bath and a jogger. You can leave the bulky luggage at home.
In the garden is in the warm season, a large trampoline and a sandpit with plenty of sand toys at your leisure. If the weather does not really play, there are also many possibilities for playing in the house for all ages.
Playground, mini golf, tennis and a football field are within walking distance.
There is a parking space in front of the house and a parking space a few meters away. By car you can reach Inzell, Ruhpolding, Traunstein or Lake Chiemsee in less than 15 minutes. Also Salzburg is not far away.
Hiking, mountaineering, cycling or skiing in winter is possible in the immediate vicinity.

Great stay. It’s a charming house, big enough for four -almost-grownups. The park is quiet and the house has a beautiful view. There is a mini golf course but that’s about it, when it comes to entertainment. But we didn’t need more, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The the house has a complete kitchen, no need to bring spices, oil, peper/salt, tea or even tablets for dishwasher. I was happily surprised.
The owners are really friendly, who responded accurate at emails.

We (4 adults, two toddlers and a baby) spent a wonderful week staying in this property. The owners were friendly, fast and very helpful in all the contact we had with them. The property itself is excellent - clean, comfortable and so well equipped, especially for the children. Toys for all ages, books, puzzles, not to mention the outdoor trampoline and treehouse, and the kids ‘mobility’ equipment like a buggy, push cars, and so on. Every day we seemed to discover something new! As well as the kids stuff, the general equipment in the house (for cooking, cleaning, etc) was excellent, with an attention to detail on little things that really made it feel like home away from home. We were also very impressed by all the information brochures which helped inspire a couple of outings. The location is perfect - quiet, good access to parking and a short drive from so many varied activities. We really hope we can book the house again at some point in the future - it was a wonderful week!

This house was fabulous in many ways. Location was great and the area beautiful with lots of places to visit close by which we all loved.
The house was very well equipped with plenty of toys for the kids and the trampoline and sandpit were great. Denise had thought of everything and there was a good stock of basic foodstuffs which helped with cooking.
The only slight issue was the lack of an oven but we did have the outdoor grill which was good.
We would definitely recommend this property and had a fantastic holiday.

We had the most amazing time staying in the chalet for two weeks in August.
The chalet is incredibly well equipped making it really easy to come with a young family. It's very clean, with a modern bathroom and whilst the kitchen is compact it is fully functioning and has everything you need. It is obvious a lot of time and effort has been spent refurbishing the chalet.
The basement area is also great for storing larger items such as bikes.
The view from the balconies was wonderful at any time of the day and we loved sitting watching the sun go down listening to the distant cow bells.
The chalet is really well placed for all the local attractions and we can't wait to come back.
