Right on the Mississippi River but covered boat dock was too small for our pontoon to fit under. House very nice, room for 4 couples but have never had to bring our own linens and towels. Also a gas grill but had to go fill ourselves. Other than that we were very happy with the place and the owners. Well worth the stay!!!

The view was fantastic-The place was nice but needed some items fixed like the screens for the screen porch. We couldn't use it because most of them were ripped. Not quite sure why sheets and towels are an extra expense, never ran into that. Also they supplied a grill but no charcoal. For what we paid I think these items should be included. I would want to have to pack them in order to stay there. Also we had no idea on how to use the TV and there were no directions anywhere and the host didn't respond when I asked.
