, this cute, condo 2/2, is centrally located on the big island. The waikoloa village golf course surrounds the complex on three sides, and is a favorite of local golfers, who consider it one of the west hawaii's best-kept secrets-low green fees that make it a superb value. You'll absolutely love this charming, quiet 2 bedroom fully furnished condo. It has all the amenities of home! This cute condo has tile, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and disposal. There is plenty of bake wares, cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, etc for guests. Fairway terrace offers no central air, new standing fans and ceiling fans in all rooms. Pleasant breezes cools the Island. At night the complex pool is heated It has a standard condo patio. If you look at the pictures that’s the view you get aloha.

The room and space was perfect for my friend and I. We had an amazing time here. The condo was clean and the amenities within was sufficient enough for our stay.

It was perfect for us, we loved it. The location, the access to a pool and all of the extras that made it so comfortable and convenient. The host is awesome...great communication!

There is a water leak - under the sink. I didn’t locate the exact location but the base of the cabinet is water damaged. Puddles of water would occasionally develop on the mat at the base of the sink. The damage to the cabinet is irreversible. Beginning to smell of mold. I did not use the washer as I was told beforehand that there was a water leak there.
