The villa has just been updated and newly furnished. In three bedrooms and with two big sofa beds it easily sleeps ten. The house offers about 2100 square feet of living space. The garden is approximately 10000 square feet and offers LOTS of space for entertaining! You won't find anything else with that much outdoor space in SE Florida! The property is fenced, but you have access to the private dock. However, children cannot open the gate to the dock. Among the palm trees and the tropical banyan tree there is plenty of natural shade and lots of sun as well. Enjoy lying on the chaise lounge and watch the ships sailing by in the canal. Or have fun with the new active 3D-TV! Or just relax in the screedend patio, watching the garden and pool or TV.
You can have your own jet ski or boat docked to the property's private dock for your personal use! You can rent the jetski(s) and/or the boat for one or several days for an unbeatable price. Boating to the ocean is just a few minutes with no restrictions like fixed bridges. There is shore power and freshwater at the dock.
The beach is very close as well as all the shops, restaurants, cinema, tennis, golf and horseback riding. The villa is an ideal holiday destination all year round.
Grocery stores, bakery, all kind of shops like shoe shop or diving shop are just minutes away. You can walk even to Starbuck's!
Tennis, horseback riding, golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, beach, boat rentals, fishing and deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling, boat and jet ski rental, surf lessons, kite surfing, cinemas, outlets, Shopping (Wholefoods, Costco, Publix, Walmart and others), Everglades, Miami, excellent restaurants - all is around the corner! Also, Aventura Mall is only 20 minutes away.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a much needed get away! The backyard was breathtaking! The home was very spacious and very comfortable! The owner Claude was always there for anything we needed! I definitely recommend this property and will definitely come again!

The house was great- if we had only had cooperating weather so we could have used all the extra amenities would have been nice. The yard was great- the toys and pool would have been fun had it not been raining the whole time. The property was well taken care of. The owner was great with getting back to me. If we go back - I’d definitely try to rent their house again.

This home was fantastic in every way possible. Particularly outstanding is the resort style back yard. Nothing but total fun and relaxation being right on the canal. The house offered all the comforts of home and really lent itself to lots of company. Plenty of room inside and out. Very clean and easy to keep clean. Most of all, Claude was awesome to work with. You won’t go wrong renting this house. It’s a real gem!!

This is a basic 3-bedroom pool house with well appointed kitchen and baths - 1 bath very small. Hardwood floors and minimal upholstery suit well for children and pets. Rental has spacious outdoors with fun exposure/access to inlet dock. This outdoor space - best feature of the rental - requires ongoing maintenance; we arrived on Thursday and pool and yard were not cleaned or groomed until Monday. The owner is very cordial and well-meaning but is not local, and has the rental set on auto pilot for maintenance and management; he is unable to provide personal oversight for standards. Just know this is a basic and not upscale rental; depends on what you want and your needs.
