The property was perfect for our stay with extended family. It was a very short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, making cooking our own food easy. There were many games/toys to keep the kids entertained. The owners were very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property.

The location is great for walking to the beach and it’s a quick drive to Surf City restaurants. The house is comfortable and kid friendly. We would absolutely stay again.

Our family of 6 visited this property for a long weekend and were very pleased! The house was a close walk to the beach and a few shops. The ocean is somewhat visible from the back deck, which was pleasing to the soul! The water was absolutely beautiful during our stay. Host responded quickly on the VRBO app to some questions that we had upon our arrival. Kitchen was very well equipped and easy to navigate. We appreciated the fans that were provided in the bedrooms, they were an added bonus. The simplicity of check-in and check-out was appreciated! I was a little anxious about the chemical free atmosphere, but the owners made it very helpful by providing hand, dish and laundry soap in addition to cleaning supplies.
