Fully remodeled, the condo features plank tile flooring throughout, updated bathrooms with premium finishes, and a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Recent upgrades include a new refrigerator, washer, and dryer.
Enjoy seamless connectivity with Google mesh Wi-Fi and unwind with three Smart TVs, including a 75” in the living room and a 65” in the master. The master bedroom offers a king bed with a new Saatva mattress, while the guest room includes two queen beds—comfortably sleeping up to six guests.

The condo was amazing, comfortable beds! Had everything we needed and more! Beautiful views and the staff at Brooks and Shorey were awesome! I travel very frequently and I will definitely being renting here again and through Brooks and Shorey!

The beach house was very nice. We had to have a maintenance person to work on a blind. The staff was very helpful and had the problem fixed in no time. The only complaint was the house dirty. We found something all over the wall in one of the bedrooms that we had to clean up and there was dust all over the counters and dressers. We found hair balls on the floor. Other than those issues everything else was great.

We’ve been visiting this area for years and this condo was our favorite. We were with another couple and this condo was spacious and offered privacy for both of us. Great views from the balcony of the ocean and inside was nicely decorated and very clean. We all agreed that we will be staying here again!
