THE SETTING: Fairway Lane offers a peaceful retreat just moments from the beach, bike trails, and more. PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $450 per dog. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Guests traveling without pets can rest assured there is no evidence of pets within the villa.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately one-quarter mile, or an easy five- to seven-minute walk.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies differ—please inquire. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days before arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
