Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Sea Spray”… a cozy oceanfront home with an amazing back deck area right on the water! This 3-level home sleeps up to 12 and is located on Ponte Vedra Beach, just minutes from Vilano Beach and historic Downtown St. Augustine.
This beach home is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Check out the beautiful panoramic views of miles and miles of beach, spectacular sun rises and amazing sunset skies. Experience endless beach walks, surf fishing, swimming, sun bathing, paddle and skim boarding, surfing, shell and shark teeth searching...the list goes on. Enjoy lounging on our very spacious deck, watching the waves come crashing in. Our beautiful home is located on A1A about 5 miles north of the North Bridge going into historical St. Augustine where you can enjoy touring the town by trolley, golf cart, walking, or car. Endless fun for everyone!
“Sea Spray” can accommodate up to 12 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom # 1, Top Floor: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom # 2, Middle Floor: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom # 3, Bottom Floor: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom # 4, Bottom Floor: Bunk Beds Twin over Full (2) - Sleeps 6

PET POLICY: This home has a $25/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down the beach to find shark’s teeth, sand dollars, and an assortment of other sea shells
Visit one of the centerpieces of St Augustine, the Lightner Museum. The architecture of this building is nothing short of amazing, but is even better when seen during St Augustine’s “Nights of Lights” that really lights up this and all St Augustine’s buildings from mid November through the end of January. Discover the rich history of historic St. Augustine by visiting landmarks like the Old Jail Museum, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, The Bridge of Lions and Ponce De Leon’s Fountain of Youth.
Take a stroll down Magnolia Street where the cascading branches of the oak trees are so amazing that they have been featured in many publications, including National Geographic Magazine. St. George Street, a pedestrian only road in the heart of the historic district, is lined with charming shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Make sure to go to Anastasia State Park for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, birdwatching, and experience their pristine white sand beaches and vibrant history.
Head over to the St Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park and sign up for one of their many animal encounters. Get up close to them feed the alligators, crocodiles, Galapagos turtles, and also sloths. They offer educational shows, zip lines, and plenty of exhibits of native Florida wildlife.
Travel back in time, all the way to 1565 by walking through one of the 4 forts in St Augustine including Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, the oldest masonry fortification in the continental United States as well as Fort Matanzas National Monument, an historic Spanish fort located on Rattlesnake Island.

We absolutely love the property and highly enjoyed our stay. We would most definitely stay here again. The house has all accommodations need from inside to outside beach needs. The only two things we didn’t love was not being able to open any windows and that the hand railing on the top porch as well as the bottom lay out was very unfriendly for a small child. Other than that the house was perfect for us and even good with the small children’s besides the railing. We look forward to another stay!

This is the 2nd time I have booked this house for a relaxing birthday weekend with my family. The house is perfect and the view was amazing. I absolutely love this house, and I will definitely book again.

We spent 6 nights at Sea Spray. .The back deck is amazing and you can’t beat spilling out right onto the sand. Note that a public beach/public beach parking is right next door to the house, but wasn’t a problem for us. They have plenty of beach toys and chairs which is nice. Mattresses need replacing, they dip in and are lumpy. The sofa pull out mattress is very uncomfortable.Bath towels smelled off, once we washed they were fine.Sand has now covered the last few steps down to the beach- so you just slide down.Refrigerator is less than ideal, it took 8-10 hours to get cool, there are specific instructions, which we followed, just took longer than 4 hours. However, we shouldn’t have to follow specific instructions to make sure the food doesn’t spoil. Kitchen needs new pans and more mixing bowls. No TV or closet in the bunk bedroom House sits close to the A1A highway. You can hear the cars fly by in the front bedroom all night. Since the cars are doing 50mph be very careful with pups and small children- especially when taking the trash out.This is the first vacation where we as the renters had to take the trash cans to the curb and bring them back up.
