Great views of the river. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. Can hear all outside noises, would be worse in-season due to more people. Vertical blinds didn’t work hardly at all. Needs better mattresses & pillows. Paint touch up especially on trim. Towels needs a vinegar soak, I think people left them wet and now have moldy smell. One bedroom fan had thick dust on the blades. Dead cockroaches under loveseat cushions, contacted owner who apologized but didn’t offer to come clean.
Generally I guess we got what we paid for, cheap for Grafton.
