Perfect location for our stay during the Lean Horse 100. We had three couples and each couple had their own bed and bathroom space. Very comfortable.

We try to get to Custer every couple of years. This house was great - lots of room and very comfortable. We had a couple of rainy days this year so it was nice to have the extra space to spread out. Oatin was a great host and proactive in reaching out to us. The older kids like walking around downtown Custer and this was a great location, just a couple of blocks off the main strip, but still very quiet. We were surprised that there was actually a nice view off the front porch of the big CUSTER sign and some of the mountains towards the east side of town.

The property is old and needs work. Everything from towels to toilet paper was cheap. The listing was not as expected, for example community pool doesn’t open weekends, which is when we stayed. Pool table was in a locked garage with junk on it! With a rental company adding fees, the property was overpriced for what we got. Would not recommend.
