The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² flat with sea view for rent in Bandol, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200) that can be split into 2 (90x200) suitable for children.
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, iron, electric griddle, washing line available in the shared property.
Exterior:
- An 8 m² balcony with table, chairs and chiliennes with sea view to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Bandol, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are less than 10 minutes' walk away.
