Bedroom: A HUGE KING Bedroom with a cot and pack & play for kids.
Living Room: Relax on a cozy sofa, stream on the flat-screen TV, or catch up on work at the dedicated desk with high-speed Wi-Fi.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, a microwave, and a starter supply of paper products.
Extras: Hall closet with beach accessories, extra towels, and toys for kids.

Self check-in for flexibility and convenience.
On-site co-host for local support.
One designated parking spot near the unit.

This property was perfect for me and my two girls 13 and 9. It had an extremely comfortable cot in the closet. We all three slept in the main bedroom. It was clean. Air conditioning was comfortable, and had enough pots and pans for cooking , had coffee and seasonings to which I love when it's not a completely empty kitchen.. Also had boogie boards, beach chairs and a small cooler. The shortest walk to the beach it was just perfect. We will definitely try to stay here again.We did jet skiing at surf n skiHad gelato on the main Street Got a tattoo at wave 13And kayakt with day away trip in Titusville and visited the banana River Pier at night to see bioluminescence. One of my favorite trips I've ever taken

My daughter and I took a quick trip to Cocoa Beach to visit family and escape the cold, wet NY spring. What a wonderful find this condo was! Immediately upon opening the door, we could smell how fresh and clean it was. We had everything we could have possibly need during our 4 night stay. The kitchen is stocked, there are beach towels, chairs, a cooler, a beach blanket and more! It is located literally steps away from the beach. We got up early each morning and watched the sunrise. One day we caught a Disney cruise ship sailing by. Our last morning we were lucky enough to catch a 6:00am rocket launch. The beach is nice and quiet, but if you want more action you can take a 15 minute walk (or 2 minute drive)along the shore to the Pier. It was just perfect in every way!! This condo will be our first choice when we return to the area.
