The property was very nice, plenty of room for 16 people to sleep. The living room isn’t very big, but it did have a huge dining table. Indoor pool didn’t have doors open to outside. The chlorine smell in there was crazy bad so we didn’t let the kids in there. We love this location. Close to State Park Marina and easy back way into Branson. Keep in mind there is no yard or grassy area if that matters to you. It has two decks, which is nice for sitting outside. Overall would stay again for sure.

Great set up for our family all around. Road trip down from MN with our 3 kids age 5 and 17 months with Grandparents meeting us there from a previous week spring break trip in Florida. Rooms were good sized to set up the cribs for the twins and have space apart for sleeping and still being able to enjoy the house. Fantastic views and good location to attractions. Would definitely book again
