- Marvel at the stunning scenery of the famous Land's End rock formation and the Sea of Cortez from the expansive terrace in your private villa.
- The private 2100+ square foot Mediterrean decorated villa includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for groceries. (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

We had an amazing time here! The rooms are super spacious and clean, and we had an amazing view of Land’s End and the ocean from the deck. Villa La Estancia is also a wonderful hotel—the grounds and pool are amazing, there’s beach access, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurants and swim-up bar were delicious, but pricey, so it was nice having a well-stocked kitchen, so we could prepare some of our own meals. Downtown is also just a 10 minute drive away, and taxis and Ubers are easy to access from the hotel. Joel, our personal concierge, was extremely helpful. We had one, non-urgent issue (we couldn’t get the hot water to work); I emailed Joel thinking we could take care of things in the morning, but within 10 minutes he had sent a maintenance person to our front door to help. I was really impressed! This place was perfect for our family of 4 (including 2 small kids) and we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed! From the moment we walked into the building to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty! The whole entire complex is pristine and the villa was exactly like the pictures show. We actually enjoyed just staying at the resort more than going to other places - the pool area doesn't have any music thumping - you can hear the ocean waves! And the views of the mountains and ocean while sitting at the pool are amazing! We will definitely come back.

The villa and location were unbelievable. Lots of space and beautiful villa. Great gym to workout in and then go hang out in the pools, hot tubs, and in the ocean. We will definitely be back.
