Wake up to lake views, walk to Bethany Beach in minutes, and enjoy full access to Sea Colony’s pools, tennis center, fitness facilities, and beach shuttle. This updated 2-bedroom + loft condo comfortably sleeps families and groups who want a true beach vacation without needing to drive everywhere. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and a full size bed, perfect for the kids! The loft has 2 queen size beds. The kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. Central air (including the loft) washer/dryer, 3 flat screen tv's, free wifi and cable. Sit on the outdoor couch and enjoy the view of the beautiful lake with swans and ducks. Peaceful, relaxing and gorgeous!
Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Sea Colony's ocean front features five oceanfront pools (including one indoor) and three kiddie pools, plus exercise facilities.

We had a wonderful experience at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and updated. So much thought put into the details to make us feel comfortable. Loved the living space and porch!! Nice view of the pond and very close walk to the beach. Owners checked in to make sure we were enjoying our time or if we needed anything. Would 100% stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this clean, spacious home. The deck is lovely with view of the pond. The beds were comfortable. The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and functional. Location is great- easy walk to multiple pools, the shops, and the beach! Plus the tram stop is very convenient, Thank you for a great stay!
